This is a cosy semi-detached cottage positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to the golf course. It has a fair sized private garden to the rear at the end of which runs the steam ´Poppy Line ´. There is a small lawn and parking space in the front. It is a four minute walk from the sea front and shops.
Downstairs

- An 18 foot lounge with pine flooring, french doors to the rear garden, open brick fireplace, colour T.V., video, DVD, dining area, wall mounted electric convector heater.
- Fully fitted pine kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, iron and kettle plus all the usual things.
- Sun porch from kitchen with garden chairs.
- Downstairs toilet.
Upstairs
- Bedroom 1 with bay window has a double bed, hot and cold vanity unit with electric razor point and wall mounted electric convector heater.
- Bedroom 2 has a single divan bed, pine bunk beds, hot and cold wash-basin with electric razor point and wall mounted electric convector heater.
- Shower room has hot and cold wash-basin, electric shower, electric razor point, large airing cupboard and W.C.
The cottage is cleaned each Saturday by a local cleaning company so all should be spick and span for your holiday.
As we are not local we are sorry we cannot provide linen - please bring your own bed linen, duvet covers, towels and tea towels. We do, of course, provide pillows, duvets and blankets.
